Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They are a standard template for Prediction Pulse and are not legal advice. You should have a qualified attorney review them before publishing them as binding terms for your users.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Prediction Pulse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Prediction Pulse provides dashboards that aggregate public positions, trade history, and performance data from Polymarket and related prediction-market accounts. You may use the Service to monitor one or more wallets, share read-only dashboards with your team, and export reports.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Trials, Subscriptions, and Billing
We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan at the then-current monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. Billing is handled by Stripe, and payment obligations are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Upon cancellation or trial expiration without payment, you may lose access to certain features, but we retain your data in accordance with our data-retention practices.
6. Wallet Addresses and Data
You may add wallet addresses, nicknames, and team members to your account. You represent that you have the right to monitor any wallet you add and to share its dashboard with the people you invite. All on-chain data is public; we do not custody funds or private keys.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to scrape or abuse our infrastructure, to misrepresent ownership of a wallet, or to share dashboards in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, designs, and branding, is owned by Prediction Pulse and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party data sources and platforms such as Polymarket and blockchain networks. We are not affiliated with Polymarket, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of third-party services.
10. No Financial Advice
Prediction Pulse is for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data will be error-free, complete, or available at all times.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prediction Pulse and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prediction Pulse from claims arising from your use of the Service, your wallet data, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prediction Pulse operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
